	David Gunderson, P.E., President, Owner, and Professional Engineer Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Professional Engineer accreditation in Wisconsin and California Dave is a second generation Owner and operator of the family business, having taken over leadership from company founder and his Father, Lynn Gunderson. Dave's experience and knowledge are key in numerous aspects of our daily operations, including development of customer relations, design work, structural engineering, and estimating. 39 Years of experience in the design/build construction industry, 36 of which have been with Gunderson Construction Co. 	Michael Maas, AIA, Vice President, Architect Associate in Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technology, from Madison Area Technical College Architect accreditation in Wisconsin Mike's experience in the design/build industry started as an architectural draftsperson and designer, which later provided the experience and knowledge necessary to become a registered Architect. Involvement with Gunderson Construction Co. includes development of customer relations, design work, light estimating and project management. 22 Years of experience in the construction industry, including 18 years in the design/build construction industry. 6 Years with Gunderson Construction Co. 	William Sardeson, Superintendant, Safety Coordinator Bill's vast knowledge of construction is a key to project success at Gunderson Construction Co. His involvement includes estimating, material purchasing, project scheduling and labor scheduling. Bill is the Safety Coordinator for Gunderson Construction Co., and stresses safety education as well as current project safety review. 39 Years of experience in the design/build construction industry, 28 of which have been with Gunderson Construction Co.
